Run your numbers

How much could your cause raise?

Drag the slider to your crowd size. Estimates use the real per-guest numbers from the documented fundraiser nights above — and remember what it costs you: nothing.

200 guests you bring
50500
$780to your cause — zero work, zero risk
0 hrsvolunteer time · $0 upfront · nothing to sell
For perspective: a typical bake sale nets ~$400 and costs your volunteers a weekend of baking, tables, and cleanup. This is a check for showing up to a party. (Estimates scale the documented nights above to today's $30 baseline ticket.)
Want a bigger number? Real organizers stacked these:
🎟️ Raffle tickets — sell them through the night; a crowd this size moves a lot of raffle tickets 🍕 Make it dinner — "come hungry" crowds eat a meal here, and every plate and drink counts toward your 15% 🤝 Matching donors — one family's match doubled a school's night here 📈 Your pricing — set tickets anywhere from $25 to $50, your call 🛍️ Vendor booths — $200 per booth, straight onto the night

Questions

Everything organizers ask us

The whole model is designed to be transparent — here's how it works, plainly.

How much does my cause actually receive?

15% of all venue revenue generated during your event — admission tickets, food, bar, and Immersive Empire tickets. Every dollar your crowd spends counts toward your cause, not just ticket sales.

What does it cost me to organize?

Nothing. Zero cost, zero financial risk, zero operational burden. Bounce Empire provides the venue, staff, ticketing, and logistics. Your only job is bringing your people.

Who can host a fundraiser?

Anyone with a cause and a crowd — school PTOs, medical and family causes, community projects, and personal causes. What matters most is that you can genuinely bring people. Every cause is approved personally by our team after a quick follow-up conversation.

How much are tickets?

Baseline pricing is $30 per ticket, and groups of 4+ always save $5 each. As the organizer you set your own price anywhere from $25 to $50 — cheaper fills the room, pricier raises more per guest. You'll see the math live when you set up your cause.

Can I rent the whole place privately?

Yes — if you expect 150+ guests, you can book a private buyout of the facility. Buyouts require at least 60 tickets pre-sold before the event to lock in; if you don't hit 60, you get a full refund. Prefer no minimum? Host during regular business hours instead.

How fast does my cause get the money?

Days, not months. After your event we send you one transparent tally of the whole night — tickets, food, bar — and your 15% check goes in the mail the same week. Red Hawk Elementary's $1,401.87 check was calculated the very next afternoon.

When can events happen?

Regular-hours fundraisers are scheduled on our quieter days — Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays work great. Busy weekend middays aren't available, which keeps the park comfortable for your guests. Private buyouts have their own eligible dates and times.
