Coyote Ridge Elementary
A school fundraiser night that turned into a park takeover — families bounced, parents relaxed, and the school earned on every ticket, slice, and drink.
Pack the world's largest inflatable park with your people, and your cause gets 15% of everything — tickets, food, bar, all of it. Zero cost. Zero risk. Zero logistics. We bring the venue, the staff, the ticketing, and the check. You bring the crowd.
Not just ticket sales. Every dollar spent at the venue during your event counts toward your cause.
We don't talk in maybes. Here's what actual fundraiser nights at Bounce Empire generated — and the checks that went in the mail days later.
Drag the slider to your crowd size. Estimates use the real per-guest numbers from the documented fundraiser nights above — and remember what it costs you: nothing.
Fundraisers usually mean months of planning, upfront costs, and a hundred small jobs. This one doesn't.
Fill out a quick guided form — your cause, roughly how many people you can bring, and a date that works. Our team follows up personally to get you scheduled.
Venue, staff, ticketing, food, drinks, cleanup — all on us. You get a shareable event page and ready-made flyers and graphics to spread the word.
Your people show up and have the best night ever. We tally every dollar the event generates, and your cause's 15% check is in the mail within days.
Sixteen-plus fundraisers have already run here — schools, teams, churches, nonprofits, and personal causes. Some of the greatest hits:

A school fundraiser night that turned into a park takeover — families bounced, parents relaxed, and the school earned on every ticket, slice, and drink.

A themed Valentine's night that brought a whole scene together for a personal cause — proof that a fundraiser here can look like whatever your crowd loves.

A private fundraiser night for the local little league — the team's families packed the park, and every dollar of the night counted toward the season.

A parish school community came out in force — a full evening of bouncing that doubled as one of the easiest fundraisers the school has run.
The world's largest inflatable park and bar: 50,000 sq ft, 50 attractions, luxury massage chairs, a hydraulic stage with a $1M sound system and a 68-ft 360° screen — plus a full kitchen and The Rubbish Bar for the grown-ups. Your guests won't want to leave. That's the point.

"It was an experience like no other, with customer service like no other — we all felt like VIPs throughout the evening. Your attention to detail and staff training is second to none."
"They partnered with us to plan and host a fundraiser for our church, and the entire process was outstanding. They helped us dream big about what the fundraiser could be and guided us through every detail. We will absolutely continue working with Bounce Empire."
"Our family went for a school fundraiser and the experience was fantastic in every way. Staff were friendly and attentive, everything was clean, and the attractions were so much fun for kids and adults. We will be back!"

The whole model is designed to be transparent — here's how it works, plainly.
15% of all venue revenue generated during your event — admission tickets, food, bar, and Immersive Empire tickets. Every dollar your crowd spends counts toward your cause, not just ticket sales.
Nothing. Zero cost, zero financial risk, zero operational burden. Bounce Empire provides the venue, staff, ticketing, and logistics. Your only job is bringing your people.
Anyone with a cause and a crowd — school PTOs, medical and family causes, community projects, and personal causes. What matters most is that you can genuinely bring people. Every cause is approved personally by our team after a quick follow-up conversation.
Baseline pricing is $30 per ticket, and groups of 4+ always save $5 each. As the organizer you set your own price anywhere from $25 to $50 — cheaper fills the room, pricier raises more per guest. You'll see the math live when you set up your cause.
Yes — if you expect 150+ guests, you can book a private buyout of the facility. Buyouts require at least 60 tickets pre-sold before the event to lock in; if you don't hit 60, you get a full refund. Prefer no minimum? Host during regular business hours instead.
Days, not months. After your event we send you one transparent tally of the whole night — tickets, food, bar — and your 15% check goes in the mail the same week. Red Hawk Elementary's $1,401.87 check was calculated the very next afternoon.
Regular-hours fundraisers are scheduled on our quieter days — Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays work great. Busy weekend middays aren't available, which keeps the park comfortable for your guests. Private buyouts have their own eligible dates and times.
Tell us about your cause — it takes about two minutes, you'll see the numbers as you go, and our team follows up within a business day.
